We are not professional footballers who practise day in, day out though are we. So we have an expectation that someone who plays for a premier League team should be able to do that and with confidence....your argument is null and void.

Weird game. Felt like we were in third gear for the whole 90 mins but some good finishes for the goals. Very Spurs though to give them a chance at a goal with 6 mins to go. Should have been 4 or 5 tbh. Sitting pretty on the table though. Onto the next one

It was a thoroughly deserved win but we don’t do ourselves any favours. We could have put that game to bed by 3 or 4 and really built some confidence there. Much better though all in all

Funny game - we dominated from 2 minutes until 84 minutes - but watching with the commentary on you'd think Newcastle were 5-0 up playing like the dutch world cup winning sides of the nineties - weird.

To get a win under such strange circumstances will do a lot for confidence, and on here it's another Monday when the haters will (mostly) be taking the day off ...

Fifth and still only playing at about 70% of where we should be - nice.
