Bentaleb and Dembele have in the past tended to help the left back out. I imagine one of them will either cover out wide in Evertons attack or Vertonghen will move out and Lamela will act as a right wing back whilst Dier/Fazio have the centre.
Playing 3 at the back requires unreal amounts of training and skill. It'll certainly be interesting.
