We've been a bit sloppy, but I think that performance is a credit to Palace. They seem like a team that has really done the homework, that plays a very disciplined defensive game. They've made it difficult.

I like that but I'd actually put Janssen on instead because in this type of game his hold up play will help whereas Son's skill set I don't see helping until later in the game when they tire.
Right now the positive is that a flaky us would be behind.
In some respects tbat 45 minutes hopefully represents the fallout from Saturday and in the 2nd half Palace may tire a bit.
We have not looked threatening but gaps will appear.
Palace are playing well, have a good shape and lots of belief in what Allardyce is asking of them.
You would think one goal wins it as the two teams seem well matched on this showing.
The question is whether Pochettino risks a 4-4-2?
