The result was shite (Stones lost 2-1) however, the atmosphere was immense. Tickets for the game against Southend on Bank Holiday Monday have been purchased.

Just realised I'm entitled to a 'concession' ticket for Wealdstone FC as I'm a Tottenham ST holder.

Was talking to a life long stones fan after the game today and he thinks Wealdstone should be odds on to be relegated.

It's a looooong season mate. There are some BIG teams in the league though.

It's a looooong season mate. There are some BIG teams in the league though.

Agree, there are a lot of big teams.

I think the ambition for this season with most Stones fans is to not be relegated.

They are refurbishing the ground. The 2 ends behind the goals are closed at the moment. Looks like they'll be all seater unfortunately.

Ironic, as I'm sure there's a decent proportion of the fan base who would pay good money to be squashed against 5 strangers shouting themselves hoarse, Loving supporting the shirt not the person currently inhabiting it. Surely there is room for that alongside the corporate/sterilised version of football we have to consume today.

We shall see. Well, I won't...it seems now that covid restrictions are lifted the stream pass options are no longer available. Not sure I could be bothered to get up that early to watch a match against relegation fodder anyway.
