I assume it’s one in the same?
I don’t think they ever actually talk to the player until the final stages.

Exactly
Spurs will have clean hands.
If the agent told us the release clause, they will have to prove that against the agent and they won’t even bother because they will never find another major agency willing to work with them again.
Fat gangster man is just being dramatic
He rose to prominence though based on Saudi contacts so if he's saying this it's a lot more likely he's actually right as opposed to all the BS transfer stuff he spoutsHe never gets anything right. You can basically imagine the opposite and it’s what will happen. He has zero credibility
Levy’s just phoned his mum to ask if there’s a release clause.
indeed, Levy lives for these moments, doubt he is much fussed by these legal threats

What's the point of a release clause if nobody knows about it or can be told about it? It completely defeats the purpose of it.
To me, this seems like pure performative bollocks because their fans have kicked up such a stink and I reckon Marinakis probably didn't even know about the clause.
I heard earlier on Talksport that apparently he is fuming with the previous Forest recruitment team for allowing the clause to be inserted.
So I reckon this is what it's all about.
It's caught Marinakis by surprise that their captain has a relase clause, which has been triggered, and he's kicking off about it.
He's an overly emotional bellend, but I don't see how there is a way they can stop the deal.

The plane on the Lane.
Just make sure your disposing of all needles in the sharps-bin providedBecause sometimes we hold on to players for too long (Dier, Dele, Eriksen, etc). Not saying Deki should go, but if someone offers £70-80m, it may not be the worst outcome. He's not exactly the player that makes everything click. Losing him would impact our depth, but not weaken the starting XI in any significant way. Saying this without knowing how Frank plans on using him, of course.
There's nothing 'small' time about their owner....This outrage expressed by forest makes no sense & looks like it’s fed to the media to appease their fans, but very transparent. Small time mentality as the player obviously wants to come.
If anything it's probably made his weekend. I can see him rubbing his hands together and dusting off the boxing gloves, ready to get stuck in.indeed, Levy lives for these moments, doubt he is much fussed by these legal threats

Well, i beg to differ. Is a steal, but it s the seller that is doing the stealing.Fifty million for a player in the last year of his contract who turns 29 in a couple months isn’t a steal.
