I think that it also stems a bit from younger brothers/siblings usually having to grow very quickly if they want to keep up with their elder siblings. Pretty sure we had people on here speculating the same about Steven Sessegnon after we had signed Ryan.
Always easy to claim when a younger sibling is ripping it up in the youth teams whilst the elder is getting to grips with top level men's football.
My brothers are friends with a set of hockey playing brother. The elder brother is a professional in the Swedish league which is nothing to scoff at, and he had a brief run in the AHL. But it is the younger brother who has gone all the way to being a NHL starter.
