Davies has precisely nothing to do with what we were talking about (i.e. Romero/RCB).

N times.
Not necessarily, some defenders are versatile enough to play LCB and RCB. We shouldn’t have re-signed Davies and instead bought another CB.(I just noticed you edited to add this......)

Is Vuskovic up to first team level already? If so fair enough.
Regardless, who would we get as a replacement if we sold Romero? We already finished 17th and we’d be making our squad even worse/ cheaper.

Dragusin isn’t good enough with the ball at his feet for PL level. Danso is okay.We don't need ANOTHER RCB...........
(I forgot Dragusin.... That's 5 RCBs!!!!!!!!)
I honestly don't know, except to say when the Suadi's are (supposedly) involved who knows? But I agree it would be highly unlikely, so forgive me for posting such tosh! But wouldn't such posts be more useful for discussion if they had more realistic numbers in them? Whatever clickbait / shock media might have to say, do you seriously think we'd get £80m+ for Son? If not then probably more useful to post a sensible number instead.![]()

Waaay too much internet for you today mate......
Sonny might get a 100m payday for moving to Saudi IF he chooses to go, but we certainly won't.
He's 33 in a couple of weeks... If we get 40/50m we ought to be extremely pleased cos no other clubs in Europe will pay that kind of money for him at this late stage.
Also hjalmund makes sense with Frank now both Danish and the best Danish player currently sign him fuck the Woolwich tattoo
Dragusin struggled in a high line and in a team that suicidally insisted on playing out from the back at all times (which attracted an intense press). In the right system I think Dragusin (at 21) will become a very decent CB. Easily worthy of being 3rd choice RCB next season. We just need better back up for VdV on the left.Dragusin isn’t good enough with the ball at his feet for PL level. Danso is okay.

I think Son might need to be persuaded, but that he should go out on a high after lifting the Europa League. He can earn mega bucks there and if he stays then he will become a bit part player, and thus no longer captain.Couldn’t find any info on fee offered for Son other than claimed 50M from Korean press.

Tottenham reportedly considering $67 million sale of Son Heung-min to Saudi club Al Nassr - The Korea Times
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly exploring the possibility of selling Son Heung-min this summer, with Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr emerging as a str...www.koreatimes.co.kr
At 33 with declining skills, Son’s only worth a small fraction of 50M as a player - but his value is not just in his playing skills. He’s a god in Asia and the Saudis have more money than sense so maybe they will pay up for his marketability …
Levy won’t sell cheap and the Saudis desperately want TV deals for their league from anywhere in the world - and Son will help them sell broadcast rights for their league in Asia … can’t sportswash if no one is watching.
… and then we use the money to WIN nay DOMINATE the transfer window! It’s nice to dream …
This is true, but Dragusin is probably the best aerial defender we have. Danso right behind him. We've struggled on set pieces.
We're not getting perfect players at Spurs. Especially as backups.
You'd have to trust Frank hid Dragusin's limited ball playing ability. There are many ways around it.
We can sell Dragusin

This phrase about Levy is so bloody boring and childish. How old are you, 10 ?
Son had a poor season but still had the most goal contributions of our entire squad. Selling him is acceptable only if a top class established player replaces him.
We lost a lot of experience last summer and replaced it with kids, we mustn’t do that again. It’s one of the major reasons we lost so many games. We need an Eze/Mbuemo to replace him not another Odobert.
