I just don't think we're assertive enough with making the much needed improvements to the squad most windows.
I mean it's fairly obvious what ENIC'S strategies are, you only have to look at our conservative wages/turnover ratio, which allign with our 'cautious' approach regarding recruitment.
It's all well and good Levy talking about wanting to win the PL but we finished 17th last season.
Actions speak louder than words. Yes its early days but it'd be nice to make a statement early on to set the tone.

But you are right in saying that Levy, even in a moment of lunacy cannot speak of an ambition and not back it up with something that bridges the lofty talk.
It's still early days in the transfer window but so far it's nothing to inspire hope or confidence.
