Ok, but we already have Romero, VDV, Danso and Dragusin, with Vuskevic coming along. Where is Phillips going to fit in? Hes not even kicked a ball in the premier league yet.

He needs a prem loan move.

On that basis, what’s the point of having an academy?

Two of our best ever full backs were bought young and sent out on loan to develop - Walker and Rose. Even Kane had multiple loans before he was a first team squad regular.

May 26th: to-do list

New goalie. New LCB. New LB. New DM. New CAM. New wingers x 2. New CF.

Shift the dickheads & deadwood.

June 29th: to-do list

Copy & paste the above

Sept 2nd: debrief

We tried. The market was challenging. Other teams moved the goalposts (aka they dared ask us for money). Agents got involved (aka players wanted decent wages). We are dirt poor. Thomas Frank is delighted with Bryan Gil and Walker-Peters. We go again.

Some might call you a cynic , they would be wrong . You are a man of wisdom, a wisdom born out of year after year of witnessing the same old behaviour from Levy

The difference between them and us, is they don't win a cup once every 17 years and finish 17th. They win cups AND titles and there's zero fucking debate whether they "deserve" it.

*financial doping aside
The are buying their titles, like Chelski did under Abramovich, and it's called cheating.

It's the cheating clubs that we should aim our disgust against. How the hell are we supposed to compete with those clubs???

And still supporters vent their anger against their own clubs, demanding that they spend, to compete with the cheating clubs, it's insane.

It's the corrupt cunts at FIFA, UEFA, and the FA too, that has turned our sport to what it is today.

GREED GREED GREED

They have the power to stop it, but won't

Ah thank you, my good man.

End of the day it's only my humble opinion and even though I played and coached for years, on top of following Spurs for 4 decades, what the eff do I know really. Plus yeah I can be a tad harsh on occasion, I'll admit that, but all that said I don't think I'm that demanding, greedy, unrealistic or that far away from the truth either.

This wonderful club of ours should've the ambition to go after ter Stegen, Guehi/Bastoni, Antonee, Barella/Gundogan, Eze, Simons/Williams, Osimhen/Gyokeres and the likes...especially after finishing 17th with 22 losses AND our jeffe claiming he's after the PL & CL.

But no, we get Tel and Takai...on top of extending Roddy & Ben's contracts.

Or our owners could sell to new owners who are also prepared to “cheat”.

Why anyone would expect the moral high ground in an industry like football, I have no idea
