Savinho, Eze and Hincapie would make us a genuine PL force going into this season. Sights would firmly be back on top 3-4 and a cup.

Makes plenty of sense. He also plays LB which is a position we don't have a lot of cover. Bring him in on top of the other 2 and we've sorted all our needs

Bit of a strange one for me. Yes he's versatile enough to cover CB and LB, but he also just 6'0. Not exactly great as a back 4 LCB cover imo. But perfect for playing a back 3 or lopsided back 4.
I wouldn’t necessarily say he’d be a reserve mate. He’s more than good enough to challenge VDV for a first team place.
He’d be an absolutely perfect signing for us, both as cover/rotation at LCB and at LB for Udogie. Means we’d also only be relying on Davies when we’ve really got an injury crisis.
It’s the type of signing Man City would make, they have Dias and Stones, but it doesn’t stop them signing Gvardiol, Akanji, Khusanov etc.
We also know for certain that VDV’s body isn’t capable of handling a 50+ game season, so are you, knowing that to be case, comfortable with Davies starting 20-25 games and Gray being slotted in at the back when required?
Would no doubt be an expensive deal to do, and I doubt it happens, but he ticks a hell of a lot of boxes for us.
