He's looked quality whenever he's featured for City, IMO, so I wouldn't be against getting him. He's a dynamic player who can play across the frontline, quick, strong and technical.
From what I've seen of him, his movement is very good as well, so that may be key in unlocking the ability of a player like Simons as well.
If £57M is what they want for him, I think that could be pretty good business on our part. The stumbling block may just be his wage demands. I can't see us matching what he's reportedly earning at City.
