No, he’s a bot like Joey Barton, bit of a maverick.Loved The Rockford Files as a kid, but I’m not sure that’s who we need!

Doesn’t he like strong pacey wingers.I'm sceptical to very sceptical about the type of players Frank wants at the club and within that those he feels are surplus to requirements, based on his model of PL quality.
I'm also unsure if anyone above Frank can sanction a sale or purchase of any player without Frank's green light of approval.
What I hope is that we don't think it's okay to lose a player to an acceptable bid if we haven't got someone else lined-up. The aspect of a better player compared to whoever is a question that only yields an answer over time.
But it would be impossible to accept if we lose a player at the start of the window, as is being mooted, and then fumble our way through the whole of January without a seemingly suitable replacement, as we are hardly the most blessed squad and can ill afford culling for the sake of a few quid.

Proven yes, but he was a surplus player at RM.Van Der Vaart.
And that was only so we would sell them Modric.
A midfield Diamonde, you say?

We do, but we also need to find “that guy” who can put the team on their back in the attacking third. At the moment we don’t have one.
Agree, levy would have waited until forest get relegated, then low ball them for a fiver.Spurs should just go and pay whatever it takes to get Eliot Anderson out of Nottingham Forest.
He's the one.
The way he played against Man City recently persuaded me.
Special player with abig future.

Clubs like Chelsea that play a numbers game with their signings, for whom it wouldn't be the end of the world to lose dozens of millions on a player in the worst case scenario, could afford a signing like Diomande. He would be little more than another asset added to their large portfolio of assets.
We on the other hand sign players that we think will make significant contributions on the pitch. And there's no way anybody has seen enough of a 19 year old to conclude that he would be worth breaking our transfer record for.

Paratici sweetening the deal to let him leave. It's supposedly a loan deal with an option. He hasnt played much at Villareal so might as well move him on
