Personally, I believe Marinakis will not sell in January. Garner is very underrated I think. And Onana would have been a very good one to get a season and a half back...

That's not really true, though. Bergvall was our player of the year playing almost all his minutes as a CM not a 10, and he's been pretty shocking as a 10 under Frank - that position really doesn't play to his strengths. Xavi's been a disappointment so far but he's still miles better than Bergvall as a 10 imo. If anything we've dropped Bergvall for Palhinha/Gray.
Frank clearly doesn't trust Bergvall deeper as he's a bit of a maverick and not that positionally disciplined. We need to get him games playing deeper, though, as it's his best position and he was brilliant much of last season.

xavi has been pony, hes weak and lacks the ability to make up for it.
i dont think bergvall would be the long term answer, as he is very raw, but he would of done more for us this season playing there instead of xavi. could have waited to use that money on something more of a sure thing, not a gamble on a feeble player.
he had two good games against the two poorest teams hes faced. has he got bags of talent? trying little pretentious flicks does not equal talent.
