Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Surprised we never went in for Trafford in the summer, young, homegrown, plenty of potential. I'd be going all out in the summer
Call Brighton. Ask them how much they want for Rushworth. Pay it.

English, only 24 but got circa 200 pro games to his name already, was wanted by Barcelona a couple years back and Tuchel talked about him for England, having a very solid season for Coventry...

Yes, his distribution needs work, but once we have a proper manager & coaching staff, he'll for sure improve. Plus kid is humble, hardworking and a fast learner...and he's already a very accomplished shot stopper and sweeper keeper.

Get a Sommer/Oblak in as goalie no 1 and get them to mentor that lad for 1-2 seasons before he takes over.

Bollocks.

We could debate the individuals until the cows come home; but if you can't make sense of what we're seemingly doing you are either thick or massively obtuse.

- Needed another ( LB )..... Souza
- Missing Bentancur, Bissouma, Berg & (for now) Sarr ( #8 )...... Gallagher
- Missing BJ, Kulu, Madison & now Kudus ( RW / CAM )...... Akliouche? ....Also numerous links to other wingers.

Do we need a playmaking #6 too? Sure; but it's still week 2 of the window.

..........It could also be that the player(s) we are scouting at #6 isn't available this window and that Frank isn't especially worried about the position him feel it's urgent enough for a 2nd /3rd choice signing.
How many PL minutes do you think Souza will get this season?

Okay but I thought I was fantasising with mentioning just one of them. Will they sell two of their best players and their manager?
I don't think they'll be in a position to stop it. The vultures are circling Stuttgart and I'd think Stiller is definitely a goner, and Hoeneß will get a good opportunity very soon. Fuhrich would be gettable you'd think.

They'll drive a hard bargain I'm sure, but they let their best player go very late in the summer window. Bindesliga clubs just don't have the money to compete with English teams on that front.

I think this boy’s gonna be absolutely top.

Unfortunately, I think this window was the only slight chance we had of getting him. Too many big teams will be in for him in the summer.
Yep. He's not in our wheelhouse unfortunately.

Took a look at his journey out of interest. He came through sporting development programs in the states before moving to Europe. He was a semi professional in the US two years ago. That's some rise.

Edit: Rangers had him on trial in 2023 and turned him down..... Ouch.

It seems like the board/owners of our club is/are still at the stage of tentatively giving Frank time.

We desperately need a goal scorer. We have always had good goal scorers,Greaves, Gilzean, Chivers, Archibald, Crooks, Sherringham, Defoe, Keane, Berbatov, Kane & Son. Now we do not have anyone capable of putting the ball in the net on a consistent basis or even close to any of these former players quality.

They're banking on him winning the next two league games and then prolonging the inevitable until the summer. Which will obviously do us no harm what so ever and fans will be at one with the club again.

Yep, definitely can't see anything wrong with that. I sweat to God, they must use a magic 8 ball as decision maker up in Lily white house.

ours What happened to Roma?

Roma may still be there - but don't have much money due to losses and are under ffp sanctions for next couple of years. The rumours were they wanted a loan with an option, not an obligation ...... and I doubt they would want to pay a realistic fee as they don't have much cash.

I can't see the advantage in offloading Dragusin without a guaranteed decent fee as he still has a good reputation..... and he's probably one of best cb's likely to be available this January.

If we did get an offer at a decent fee and we were tempted to accept as much to get rid of an agent constantly trying to move him on (he gets fees if his player moves). I might be tempted to recall Ashley Philips (100 senior appearances, 80 in Championship) whose experience is not that much different to Dragusin - would be HG this season and Club Trained next season - as 4th choice CB as I doubt we'd buy better this January. I don't think it blocks Vuskovic who doesn't want to be 4th choice

Its not a priority decision for Spurs to offload Dragusin, but he's not as good on ball as we'd like.

You can drop to some of the "tier 2" strikers we have had and we don't have anyone as good as Crouch, Pavlyuchenko, Kanoute or Chris Armstrong.
