until he realises hes putting out a midfield that has serious balance issues, we will continue to be shit at home.

his hands are tied with qa shit forward line, muani looks promising tho... but midfield is where its at, if youre shit in there then youre shit full stop. keep playing bentancur and palhinha together and nothing will change, desperate for an actual footballer in there who can play.

The moment for me was when we had that free kick that ended up at Vicario, who then booted it through to Sanchez . . . and he clapped it.

That’s the turning point for me.

We’ve gone from a bloke that doesn’t coach to a bloke that micromanages.

Why can’t we just find a half way medium.

It comes down to making it to the winter break in the best shape possible and then making a run at it in the second half, hopefully with a key attacking addition. It's painful to watch just now but if they can this could end up being a good season. What I think I see in Frank's tactics is an acknowledgement that until Solanke is back we're still limited. And I don't think we'll lose many games that Romero starts. Rough road but one that still can lead somewhere.

Somehow we are still 3rd at least for now.

Frank needs to find some answers to the dirge of our attacking play.

And he will know that.

Posters don't need to say he should go. The board will decide if it gets to that.

We won 3 nil last week.
We had a nice fixture list to open the season, rode our lucky massively. That wasn't sustainable, our results are catching up.
You can't be playing this pish at Spurs. We're by far and away the worst team to watch in the league.

See where we are after 18 games, won't be near 3rd. For context, we might be 3rd, but we're 2 points from 11th. With this run, playing like this, we're going to be looking up.

Another Bournemouth-esque complete and utter surrender at home, nothing could excuse this many of them this early into a manager's tenure. Nuno had to choose between Tanganga, Reguilon and Royal in setting his defense during his brief time here, yet nobody felt sorry for him the way some are doing for Frank with his attackers.

Irrespective of what saints preach here regarding the virtues of patience and clean slates of at least 18 to 24 months for each manager, he won't get to serve this for nearly that long. Nor should he.

Digging himself a deep hole already, even though I am still trying to cling to hope.

You put bergvall next to pal... he'll give the ball away in the middle and be ill-disciplied.

You play Sarr next to him... meh.

There Is no solution.

Other than transfer windows.

Absolutely bonkers to call for Frank’s head!

With Deki and Madders out our only creative option is Kudus and an overhyped youngster who is struggling to adapt to the Prem.

I really don’t think I need to point out the shortcomings in our forwards do I?! 😂

The fact we’re third in the table is a minor miracle considering the tools the manager is working with.

The level of patience that fans will afford a new manager is not a fixed amount. It is dependant on what they are shown in regards to intent.. And if you set up like that at home, the patience you are going to be given from the crowd is drained to nothing.

It's not about how much time a manager "should" be given.. It just the reality of how much time he will be given by the crowd unless there's a change in approach at home.

Patience patience.. Too early

HOWEVER!!!!

Do something man, come up with some scheme up front to utilize the strengths of the players you have.
One would say at minimum, they are the same level as you had at Brentford.

Come up with a scheme, a style, make them run like wild dogs all over the opposition for 60 minutes at least. Show us something. You cannot complain about the squad for 6 months. The world knows we have poor players. But do something. You are the manager, the genius, the next big thing.... sheesh. You almost fixed the defense, do something up front.

I'd prefer putting 10 behind the ball and park the bus, than acting like we are attacking......

No dispute from me on any of that.

We are the fans. ENIC, the owners.

The performances need to improve, of that there is no question.

Frank needs a win on Wednesday or the grey clouds will start to look a bit ominous.

bergvall isnt a sitting midfielder, neither is sarr, the only one we do have is gray, hes the one that needs to be given a chance, obviously hes injured now, but he should have been tested at least a month ago. palhinha needs someone who can play with cuteness, gray could be the one.

even if gray is, we still need to buy another. heavy investment is needed in jan, that footballing CM and a couple forwards.
