He was chosen to, basically be a Brentford and punch above our weight, without having to go near expensive signings.
Find him, promising talent and polish them up.

Depends on I feel. If we're getting absolutely hammered by Palace and the away fans are loudly showing their frustration towards Frank and the team then yeah, it could be it. If it's similar to the game against Liverpool, where we lose but show some sort of spirit and the ref or VAR is making some horrible decisions that shifts the focus, then we´re probably delaying the inevitable for a little while.
