But all of that said, it is a fragile situation and the club just has absolutely zero credibility in embedding managers with any long-term hold on the job.

That can be overcome, Chelsea operated that way for Abramovich's entire tenure, but I think we all know it's a luxury our artificially constricted budget can't afford.

We should be buying Tel ffs. I know diff positions but citeh have just got chirki for £30M. We are paying what nearly £50M including loan fee for a BM reject. Did you see that graphic of europes top 5 U21 players based on goals and assist or something like that. Jamal, chirki, duoue, can’t remember the other two. Tel is no where at their level.

Said it all last season kulu just doesn’t have the awareness for a CAM. He loses the ball far too much and is too slow to get back. He never looks in control of the game. I never see him get the ball put his foot on it and look up.

I’d sell the lot said it last season. Turbo is gone fg, kulu get a good price, don’t waste money on tel, sell Johnson back to NF, sell Wilson back to Burnley, sell Richi to whoever is made enough to buy him. Use the money go get eze, mbeuno, chirki unless his gone already to city or any other good quality player. We need quality!

I agree the League results were diabolical, but we did actually win all of those cup games you mention, even if you clearly wish we hadn't.

Not sure why his in last chance saloon. Look at his stats for last season not just the goals but his creativity. Not sure what people expect. It’s not like the team was dominating most games last season yet people want maddest do it. In fact he was often benched or subbed. Ange kept kulu on and he was pants.
