The worrying thing for me is that this club just seems to corrupt everyone that comes into contact with it.
You look at what Dyche is doing at Forest, and you'd look at Frank whilst he was at Brentford and think that surely he could come here and do the same? I was expecting us this season to be perhaps not all that exciting, but at least look well coached and competent.
Instead you watch us and you'd be pretty convinced that Frank is an utter halfwit, I'm pretty certain we'd have the same effect on Dyche if we took him on.
They stopped posting anything since the scoreline post last night.Official Spurs socials are all very quiet today.....could it be a sign of what's to come.

I completely agree on our squad. Its boring, a bunch of alright players, maybe VDV a level above and Romero when he can be arsed. Other than that none would stand out at West Ham or Leeds. The issue isn't simply being wary of sacking managers (although I admit I'm someone who is loathe to do so unless they lose the dressing room) - the bigger problem is the COST.
All the money need to pay off the Coaching team you've just sacked and pay for the new coaching team to come in is money that is desperately needed to pay for genuine elite WORLD CLASS talent. We could hire Klopp tomorrow but he ain't turning Palinha and Bentancur into a gegenpressing behemoth.
Look at our squad. It's... dire. Not one single elite talent to help bring the rest along with them. I don't even know where to begin fixing it...
Plus they had a game away in Europe on Thursday night! Frank has zero excuses. He's failing miserably and being outclassed and outcoached by Sean DycheThe thing for me is that Franks talk of things taking time gets thrown in his face when its FOREST who just beat his team comprehensively.
They were in a worse state than we when Dyche took over, half as many games ago, and already they look more sorted than us
He was playing a rotated team in the league and exposing how weak our squad was. Meanwhile he went against the club hierarchy and went all out to win a trophy on his second season, and somehow pulled it off!Losing 20 league games and finishing 17th one place out of the relegation places under the previous coach. Imagine what would have happened if they weren’t bursting a gut for him and had actually downed tools.

I'd hope they get rid of the instatarts who always harrass the players on arrival at the training ground.Official Spurs socials are all very quiet today.....could it be a sign of what's to come.
At least you've come out and admitted that winning internet arguments and dunking on people is more important to you than the success of the club you pretend to support. Makes it easier for me to ignore your opinions from here on out.Well I'm certainly glad you've dropped the "poor me" act pretending that you were somehow victimised by the bad bad Postecoglou fans. That's a step in the right direction.
As for the rest of your strawman drivel, it might make you feel better to make up a complete fantasy of my position but there's is zero evidence that I wanted Postecoglou to stay - because I never said that. If I did then you should easily be able to find it using the search function - but I doubt you actually care about little things like evidence and facts.
What I did say is simply that changing the manager wasn't going to magically fix our issues and those pretending "any half decent manager will have us flying up the table" were most likely going to want the next manager out by January because they can't or won't confront the reality that our squad is midtable at best - and, if anything, getting worse.
So it has proven to be. I'm sorry if me being right annoys or offends you and I'm fully aware "I told you so" is a petty and small-minded attitude but hey... I'm human![]()
Exactly.Leverkusen sacked Ten Hag after 2 league games: Almost immediately found his replacement in Kasper Hjulmand of Denmark.
Inter back in the day sacked Gasperini after 82 days and 5 games, and then Ranieri after 186 days and 35 games: They still have no problem finding managers.
Roma last season first sacked a club legend in De Rossi after 246 days and 30 games, and then Juric after 53 days and 12 games: Didn't discourage Gasperini from leaving Atalanta after a decade to take the job this summer.
Dortmund last season sacked Sahin after 205 days and 27 games: Niko Kovac took the job 2 weeks after.
Milan last season first sacked Fonseca after 182 days and 24 games, and then Conceicao after 182 days and 31 games: Allegri took the job this summer.
--------Our public image wouldn't suffer one bit even if we were to sack Frank tomorrow, don't worry. This simply shouldn't be a consideration in the decision.

It wouldn't suffer as much as some people think, but the quick axe would make it harder to appoint the right person. We're obviously well below clubs like Liverpool and Madrid in terms of managerial destinations, but if Frank goes before the new year, we're not bringing in anyone currently in a job. Who's going to leave a stable club job in the middle of the season for a club that'll sack them if they don't immediately provide results?Leverkusen sacked Ten Hag after 2 league games: Almost immediately found his replacement in Kasper Hjulmand of Denmark.

stand by for "come on you Tottenham HotPaws" new doggy content for LiverpoolOfficial Spurs socials are all very quiet today.....could it be a sign of what's to come.

I've been very pro-Frank (and anti-ENIC) but we've had 3 performances that are SO bad that they've actually left me so angry that I'm starting to wonder if Frank has got the clout for the job:
Chelsea
Woolwich
Forest
The xG issue is the greatest issue for us IMO. He doesn't seem to know how to help this team create chances.
