I think this is why they are keeping him , I kind of feel sorry for him as he is a nice guy , it’s just he is not the right fit , we should have moved on weeks ago , yet I’m the cynic in me thinks they enjoy having him as the shit deflector!

Don't disagree really, he looks out of his depth in all aspects . Tactics, squad management, motivation, squad harmony, style of play, everything .

Some fortune against bodo, Monaco and Villarreal the only thing that's stopped it being a 100% cluster
 
I imagine as always with these owners it's about the timing to get the payout down. My guess is it'll be after the window closes and we can't sign players.
 
An interim until the end of the season,that can galvanise,organise and inspire is what we need.

I don't care who it is, although that is easier said once the objective has been achieved.

That, and a couple of necessary signings.
