Where in my post did I mention you by name?

It's a broad statement based on many who change their view game by game.
Ok fair enough but you were replying to me so it stands to reason you were addressing me.

I agree that it shouldn't be a game by game thing.

I've seen nothing in our play this season that warrants sticking with him.

He talked a good game when he joined. I jumped on board hoping he'd deliver. He's been nowhere near.

Time to move on.

Does make you wonder, were Brentford always much closer to a Brighton model, that maybe Frank was the weak cog diminishing that reputation.
This has been obvious. Frank was an unknown, he was part of the coaching staff. They promote from within because it's not as difficult, with no adaptation. Then they get chances at big clubs and fail elsewhere. Brighton managers are the same in that regard, although they don't promote from within, they take managers who's styles reflect the teams they're building and how they want to play.

Worst team and manager I’ve even had the displeasure of watching. Just nothing in me to get remotely up for. We could claw this back and I don’t think I could muster a cheer. It’s that bad supporters couldn’t be bothered to boo.

Does he fuck. He shouldn’t be given the chance to survive. He shouldn’t have survived Sunderland but here we are. The board are spineless cunts. I’m done.
Again it seems I've not made myself clear lol

I think he should have gone weeks ago but for the board to be able to stick with their stance that he needs time, he needs an amazing second half.

Anything less and it's an absolutely indefensible stance.

I will also say this.

NOTHING should have changed in that opening half that should make anyone change their minds.

If it has then sorry but what have you been looking at, and what did you expect today, against City, in our state?

All that is happening is what we have pretty much seen all season, with no change.

As earlier, thankfully we had a free hit of sorts today.

A change before the West Ham game was called for - it didn't not happen. The CL created an illusion that some will still think we will win. Bonkers.

A baffled fanbase if there is one right now, alongside an out of his depth manager and a CEO, technical director and Paratici, who are an absolute disgrace to this club.

As much as the players have been poor, effort wise and quality wise, I am really struggling to understand what Frank has tried to set up today against City. He's put in a back 5 but has also instructed us to press, which means that our two in the middle of Gallagher and Bissouma are covering a huge amount of ground and getting pulled apart leaving massive gaps for Citys midfield to move into and receive on the turn.

We have ample defensive cover out wide with the two wing backs and wide centre backs, but surely against a team like City who like to pass and move through the middle you should be doing everything you can to stay narrow and compact and force them out wide? With 3 CBs you should be happy with giving up crossing opportunities but you cannot just allow them the freedom of the middle of the park like we have.

It seems like a mismatch of styles which is the worst of two worlds. Either full press and use a back four which allows you to be aggressive everywhere on the pitch, or go for a back five and keep it tight and compact which allows you to frustrate and counter. I really don't understand the intention, which by all accounts has failed massively already.

but it not toxic there is no atmoshere no one booing or shouting about the board
so why would the board do anything ?
I disagree. That's exactly why it is toxic.

When the fans have so little hope they can't be arsed to even complain loudly. They can't even be arsed to all get angry together.

It's getting noted. Shots of fans just sat stony faced.

There's absolutely no passion either way and that is very noticeable.

At this point you just need to sack him to perk the squad up and the players, these players aren't giving anything for him and he's not getting anything out of these players, save the club and give him his P45

They don't want to sack him and they won't sack him. Injuries will be the latest excuse. Vinay is the ultimate politician who won't admit he got it wrong. Having said that, Frank won't be in charge when we kick off next season with a home game against Preston.

He will be probably be kept until the transfer window closes then they will sack him and put in the temp but say oh well window is shut so you will have to do with what you have, we didn’t buy when much when Frank was here because we didn’t think he was the future. Then put out rumours of Poch coming back and show how great Gallagher was under Poch.
