I don't dislike him as a person at all but we could and should be doing much better.
It's that sort of comment that completely loses any credibility with fans. When we were that fucking poor you can't lie like that and for fans to just accept it.

He is meant to be a clever lad but he's obviously nowhere near as clever as we were led to believe
Last year ended with a parade so, unless we win the Champions League, he nowhere near as good as last season.
We've been ridiculously unlucky with injuries yes but his whole demeanour isn't one of a Spurs manager.
As nicoclaesen points out, he's the manager of Spurs. A point against a beatable City, isn't 'we got the result'. We lost to West Ham...at home. Sunderland took a point from us. All the while he's telling us all we're 'doing the right things'.
The guy keeps putting his foot in his mouth and it's pissing me off. Grow a pair. Get a bit of arrogance about you and remember we are not Brentford. You're a big boy at a big club now. Act like it. Own it. And stop fucking about trying not to lose matches and start trying to win them!

And I'm sorry but, injuries or not, today's first half was unacceptable. Completely unacceptable and yet he's telling us we were just a little bit off what we were trying to do?!

way too passive in the first half. Gave City acres of space to do whatever they wanted.
In the 2nd half we were on the front foot, played them tight and obviously looked much better.
He’s never going to learn. He’s never going to change. And that’s why he’s not the man for us.
But the thing is - it's just as true for Frank as it was last year for Ange. The injuries are now crippling. And we are showing resilience.
We are also, at times, playing some dreadfully passive football.
Just needs to find the best balance for the squad at his disposal. I really enjoyed that second half - as much as I hated the first.

It really wasn’t the great performance second half that I keep reading on here. We played significantly better than that first half but we weren’t bossing the game or anything.
We created a few chances finally, gave up a few that came to nothing on their end. It was a marked improvement but being realistic here, we were bailed out yet again by a flash of brilliance.
