Thread user block

I doubt this is possible, and I'm not even convinced its a good idea but here goes:

When a user creates a new thread, allow them to prevent a certain number of users of their choice from posting in that thread. They would have to stipulate the blocked users at the point they create the thread.

For instance block Smoked Salmon from posting in RIP threads, and Flannerz from posting in threads involving your wife or daughters. :adebaehug:

If this could be introduced, I would set the number of blocked users at 3.

Na, what you're suggesting means you can effect how the forum works for someone else. Unlike ignoring someone, which the other user knows nothing about.

If you created a thread which someone couldn't post in they might just create their own version of the thread. Or it encourages people to create alias accounts.
