IMO getting rid of the old boys network is key since we spent more on a training ground than Swansea did on their stadium. What is the point in millions in facilities if a coach thinks Brad is a better bet than the French captain between the sticks?

how on earth have u come to the conclusion that it was Parks that chose to play Friedel over Lloris? especially as it's well known that AVB tends to bed some players in slowly.
