Id rather have Dier in CB than Toby. At least he will try to win a ball.
Keepers and defenders train on set pieces and defenders mark tight enough because they know keepers will cover 5-6 yards off the line, sometimes more. When a keeper has inconsistent decisions, it throws off the defenders approach.
