Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Fuck me that was a shambles. Time to review our transfers in the last 3 windows,

Soldado = shit
Chadli = Pretty shit
Dier = 21 but weak
Vorm = Reserve keeper at best
Lamela = Worth half as much as we paid
Paulinho = Worth half as much as we paid
Chiriches = Can't make the team
Fazio = Can't make the squad
Stambouli = Can't make the squad
Capoue = Finished
Yedlin = ??
Ali = ??
Eriksen = Exception to the rule

We hung effigies to Judas, surely Baldini deserves the same treatment. If Levy can fire Big Mart at HT he can do the same to Baldini, but just make him walk down the high road carrying a cross at FT. Otherwise Levy will look like this soon

If Townsend, Chadli and Walker all walk right back into the starting XI against Burnley I'll cry. We barely scraped a win against the league's worst team after being 2-0 up after 13 minutes at home. We are leaking goals like crazy and something must be done.

I get why Poch started the same XI after that shitfest at United, but when the same players were equally poor again - it's time to give some other players a go.

My player ratings if anyone gives a fuck
Lloris - 10 didn't put a foot wrong. Until a wrong foot got put in him. Clean sheet.
Vorm - 6. Looked hesitant at times. Didn't look like he was marshalling the defence and got nowhere near any of the goals
Walker - 2. Desperately need a decent alternative to make him raise his game. Terrible performance but gets a bonus point for his move on the 2nd goal
Dier - 5 some decent play but needs some help back there
Vert - 3 is supposed to be the main man back there and his back 4 looked directionless. Pussed out of challenge for nugent goal
Rose - 8 excellent again. Even winning headers against Robert Huth
Bentaleb - 6 neat and tidy but didn't protect the back four too well
Mason - 4 looks tired and lacking confidence at the moment. Probably needs a game out of the starting 11
Townsend - 4 linked up well with walker in first 20 mins but switched off completely after he thought game was over
Chadli - 4 two bad misses. A terrible dive. Got bullied physically despite being a beefcake. Just all over the place. But did have a few decent moments too including the pass that set Paulinho away for his assist
Eriksen - 7 at the heart of every attack but also drifted in and out of the game. Sometimes I think he is actually too clever for half our team
Kane - 9 hat trick, worked the ball really well when he got service. Needed help from the wingers and got none
Paulinho - 7 best showing from him in a long time. Nice assist. More of that please!
Dembele - 4 only had about 3 mins

I'm delighted we won, and I'm delighted for Harry and his hat trick.

But that was fucking embarrassing, and I am beginning to think Poch is not the manager we need.

I'm not saying Poch Out yet, but I can easily see me saying that soon, unless he starts changing his team selection and his tactics.

We were so lucky and so pathetic today in so many areas.

Agreed. Would be worth putting Dembele and Lamela back into the starting team (moving Eriksen out left).
Walker is a different story though, given that Yedlin clearly isn't ready to be back up yet... Dier as RB with Fazio back in?

That's the problem. Walker has no competition at the moment, that - and his long injury spell- is severely hurting his game. His athleticism can only save him so many times. As much as we like to moan about Lamela - I have yet to see him perform as poorly as (especially) Chadli and Townsend have over the last few games. At least when Lamela is shit you can count on him putting a real shift in, neither Andros nor Nacer can say that after those performances. I can imagine Paulinho will get a start due to his sub so it'll probably be Eriksen-Paulinho-Chadli....

AVB, Sherwood, Poch. Still average. In fact, at this rate we'll end up looking at last year as a better season.

Baldini has to go and Levy needs to accept that the CL is a faint dream unless he wants to invest in more than Fartzio and Stromboli for a summer spend.

Oh, and to counter anyone flippantly calling them 'bottom of the league' (which yes, they technically are), we do know that Leicester can play very well, and have had a season full of absolutely atrocious luck. The two own goals today demonstrate that pretty well.
They're the best team-about-to-get-relegated that I can remember for some time.

Just look at that 5-3 against United. When they turn it on, they can be impressive, and right now they're a cat backed into a corner in terms of very very probable relegation.
Furthermore, their attacks are reliant on counterattacking prowess - something we've been shit at handling all season.

Having outplayed us twice this season, I was convinced this would be a banana skin, and I'm happy that we actually managed to get the win and not (actually) fuck it up.
