Amazing how quickly that was brushed off by the media.
There where serious allegations of racism there but nope ignored.

Well remember that was the summer right before they won the title. So once they got in 1st the media started to sweep it under the rug because they didn’t want to ruin the “magic”

Don't know what offends me more the fucking popcorn or the grey marl Matalan tracksuit...

Not that clued up on all the rules but because Sanchez wasn t even originally named on bench, when Jan got injured/I'll? I think Poch could only replace him with someone in the named 18, hence Wanyama and then this allowed Sanchez to be named as a sub. Might be wrong though
plus, dier would have been warmed up. Sanchez wouldnt have had time to prepare properly

Re-watching the game now and noticed the same thing! Twat.
Seriously, who the fuck decides it's appropriate to munch on, not a packet but a bloody BUCKET, of popcorn mid-way through the second half?
Glad I wasn't sat next to the clown. Far too many day-trippers and amateurs at that stadium. Glad to see the back of it.
And what's with all this eating, eating, constant fucking eating at games. Can't people go two bloody hours without stuffing their faces with overpriced shite?

I have been a spurs fan since the age of 8 , sadly due to moving up North I’ve only managed to get tickets to the Lane a handful of times but at the age of 38 I’ve been able to take advantage of the extra seats at Wembley and managed to get to a lot of home games this season. I know next season I’ll have no chance of tickets again but just want to say it’s been a pleasure and fantastic experience sharing this seasons games with all you guys who have been , I’ve loved every game , wouldn’t want to be part of any other group of fans. Results at times havnt been the best but the experience certainly made up for it . Thanks guys COYS
Why the fuck can I only like this post once ?
Lovely stuff

Just watching the game again on Sky Sports - absolutely loved the appreciation shown to Sissoko when he came off.

We have such a great team spirit.

I know I've pitched into the Leicester rivals to Spurs debate, mostly for fun, because it amuses me that Leicester fans think that we actually care about them.
The fact is that they are just monumentally upset that we don't hold them in high regard because they won the league, albeit in freak circumstances, when we were relatively close to stopping them. The childish glee which they attempt to taunt us with this fact, ignores the fact that being the top once in a hundred plus years doesn't give you a seat at footballs top table.

Some of the posts of absolutely beautiful. They really are the nastiest, classless and embarrassing fans in the country. Even when one of them has the temerity to admit that they did actually come third in a two horse race, they get jumped on and called a slaaaaaaag or a caaaaaaaaaaaaant. The truth really does hurt!

Squalid football club with not much history, at least nothing within the last quarter of a century, whose only achievement lately include coming 3rd in a two horse race, "putting the pressure on" Chelsea, spending less time on top of the league than Hull or Huddersfield, beating a poor Real Madrid in a dead rubber, and finishing above Woolwich two times in a generation. Their nemesis Woolwich have been on the decline for the last 5 years, and have won 3 trophies and reached a European semi final, while Spurs are having their 'best' seasons in generations, and have still achieved absolutely nothing.

Their future is starting to look a bit bleak too, with a manager and squad now looking at the likes of Walker who has trebled his wages and won as many trophies this season as Spurs have in his lifetime, while they remain on mid-table wages and trophyless, and have tight-arsed owners who now have a billion pound stadium to pay for. It's all going to fall apart, and it's gonna be wonderful to watch.

Care about them, not in the least.

Just on the train home after a post-season get together.

It hasn't all been ideal. Of course it hasn't. But...ah, but.

This year we smashed the European Champions. We smashed lesser teams than that, and we smashed better. At Wembley. Which is bloody awful.

We sang when we were doing magnificently. We also sang when we were shit. Which we were, unapologetically and without reason.

But we did it. And we finished with a flourish.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'll see you next year.

COYS.
