Match Tottenham v Manchester United - Carabao Cup - Thursday 19th at 8PM

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

In all honesty, I love the ups and downs of life in general and supporting this club adds to that. The emotion involved in a match like tonight is what made me love the sport in the first place. Give me rollercoaster 4-3 wins over boring, standard 1-0 wins every week.
I remember games like this through the 80' and 90's. We'd come out of WHL absolutely buzzing after an absolute thriller.

Nowadays, that buzz seems to have been replaced by anger.

I often wonder why some fans continue following Spurs if their constant mental state is one of anger and loathing.

No doubt this post is going to stir some of that anger just a little bit more.

Haha yeah mental, the thing is when you boot the ball up the pitch you're more that likely to use up more energy chasing 2nd balls and then if you lose it pressing to get it back, it's such an English thing just to boot it as far away from the goal as you can, mind you I think pundits have most passed this but seeing as it's Ange and he's an Aussie from the SPL and he's 'naive' they think they know best I suppose.
Dont have to boot everytime but time and place. Even 1 in 5 or 6 just to keep the oppo guessing

Almost every game mate. Liverpool under Klopp were superb and played great football. What are you on about?

Almost every game lol

Constant flying full backs, wingers who's leave their full backs isolated in transition, constant pressing.

Perhaps dial the clock back a bit, Liverpool constantly played at 100 mph, the difference is that they had the players to kill matches
