Another one I really don't care about is the A in GA - if any player is dedicated to set pieces they're going to get a higher Assist Rate it means fukk all. I'm not saying stats don't matter but cmon now there's some which are just fluff & nonsense.

Totally agree about stats, they mean sweet Fanny Adams.
However the PC version of your last paragraph should have been on the lines of 'like meeting your significant other and not going beyond a chaste peck on the cheek'. ;)

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't Maddz one of his vice-captains? Surely he then needs to at least listen to his concerns.
As I said before, they both need to be professional and put aside their issues and get on with doing their jobs.

Until they start offering additional POINTS for a decent xG THEN it might be something worth 'striving' towards...

But right now, a higher xG and lower the ACTUAL goals scored is simply frustrating...
Same goes for the opposition with a LOW xG that somehow turn into LOADS of goals...
That's just plain ANNOYING!

What xG DOES prove, is that footballers ARE simple, fallible humans like the rest of us...

Not some sort of Sun God to be held aloft!

I think support comes in many varieties. I will probably follow by text or go for a walk.

Avoidance by some and as I see it, is partially to do with self-preservation.

It's hard to endure what's going on, and the worst of it is that we are so much better in terms of the squad's capability than what it produces.

If posters were saying they were going to switch clubs, then I might tend to agree with you.

I was supposed to attend, but opted to go skiing in Switzerland instead. Same for 4 or 5 games earlier this season...when given the choice between going and another activity, I always went with the latter.

Love Spurs, but when the club is taking the piss the way they are and the players are not giving 100%, fuck giving that lot my money. Don't even get me started on Ange.

Bournemouth win...1-3.
