The nerves have kicked in. The biggest game in 6 years, and arguably this one is bigger than the UCL final in terms of future of the club.
The most important thing is that the players play the game, not the occasion. Don't get overwhelmed and try silly shit. Stick to how we've played in this knockout run. Disciplined, controlled and taking our chances.
Vicario
Porro - Romero - Van de Ven - Udogie
Bentancur - Biss
Johnson - Odebert - Son
Solanke
The creativity issue in midfield is a real problem. I don't want to see a trio of Sarr, Biss and Bentancur because it's torture. Odebert has looked lively there, but I also wouldn't be against Tel or Richy starting.
United have played who know how to win these games. Casemiro has never lost a European final, Bruno has been in great form and Amad is back. 3 players who can win a game. We just have to be at our best, and having our back 4 fully fit is a huge bonus as we're a better team with them playing, and Porro is a good creativity source.
One last game, a chance to become legends of our modern history.
COYFS!!!
