I'd give bus-conductor a go, with RESPECT THE COCK scouting with todd1882 assistant (with a TFC fly on the wall cast of any arguments).

Would be better than the dross in the last few seasons on the whole, if they could get a cohesive group motivation thing going and keep our group in good/elite physical condition.
