Levy appointed Paratici as the managing director of football. The managing director of football threw the months of interviews in the bin and just gave the job to a complete fucking hobo.
So does Levy wait for Paratici to sack Nuno then step in and Sack Paratici?
Does Levy Sack them both?
Or are we in a position where no one blinks and we spend the whole season in this mess?

Thread isn't to discuss who the next yes man gimp is gonna be. Its to discuss what the hell we do with the structure we put in place?
 
The best sacking would be Levy sacking himself from his role as CEO and either selling his stake, or employing an established businessman to achieve what he can’t

I think we all know that we are in “no one blinks” territory here. Salaries, egos and a delusion that ‘it can be turned around’ will see us in a relegation scrap in a half empty NFL stadium

It would but with salary he’s on no way that can happen

The best thing would be for Uncle Joe to suddenly get interested and sack Levy and hire someone who knows about football but he doesn’t give a fuck

Relegation would shake things up although unlikely

We’ll probably finish mid table which for us is unacceptable
 
Don’t think we’ll sack Nuno anytime soon unless we drop into relegation places in the next couple of months.

But I think Paratici will stay and he will boot Nuno. Hopefully this fucking cunt doesn’t hire another dogshit Mendes reject next time.

Why can’t it happen? Don’t get the point about the salary…. He would stop his role and employ someone else?

Perhaps he focuses on the sale of the club

Because Uncle Joe wouldn’t pay Levy’s salary on top of another established businessman coming in and no way will Levy sell his stake

The club pay it (the salary), not Joe.

Levy must want out at some point, retirement and converting his stake into cash….. that’s why I think a targeted hate campaign will see him melt and go

The fall guy manager approach is exactly what Levy relies on.

Abramovich has a fall guy manager approach but he backs each one in the transfer window.

Levy simply uses it to shift the focus away from a lack of owner investment.

We all need to stop moaning about the manager and ONLY moan about the owners. Otherwise the fan base are divided and weakened in mixed messaging.

You cannot compare Abramovic and Levy. Abramovic gets Europe's best coaches. There's never a compromise. He pays what it takes to get them and he backs them.
They get sacked because football management IS short term now. There are no more Wengers and Fergusons. Even Wenger wasn't a Wenger in the end as he lost his way.
