Couple of extra interesting data points on Odobert in this article by the Athletic from this morning:

We all know Ange loves players that get the ball forward, by pass or by dribble and Odobert did that more than any player in the prem last season...For a relegated team.

A footballer's work permit is to work (play for) a particular club ( in this case Burnley).
So change of club to Spurs = new work permit required
