Eer.... there’s 38 games. 18 games played and 20 more yet to be played. It’s completely unpredictable this season so far. Hopefully Spurs finish at least 3rd (or above) by the season end.
The trouble with that plan is that we never get it done early and Harry and/or Sonny, etc. end up playing 90 and even extra time. I’d rather have them on the bench and bring a bunch of them on for the last 30 if we need them.
So with that logic , you’re saying they are not good enough then ?

FFS - Still not till Monday!!!!

Arghhh!!!!!

:walker-scream:

Won’t be the strongest team. We need CL football more than an FA cup win.

Home 6 pointer v Liverpool the most important game in the next 4 days.

We saw how Jose has treated all cup games to date. Europa and league cup.

And fa cup last year a prime example.

Devine played 90 mins for U23s on Friday and Scarlett played 90 for U18s yesterday so slim chance of these kids even for the bench.

Doherty was involved in the foot tennis game, an activity that certainly would not be easy in on any potential injury.

While the photos from the training session were not extensive, and there is often a later video that shows a bit more from the sessions at Hotspur Way, there was no sign of Alli or Aurier among a few others in the initial photos taken.

However, it should also be pointed out that Aurier did post a photo of himself on his Instagram Story on Friday afternoon that seemed to show him enjoying himself back in training.

They haven't played in 16 days. And coming off the back of a COVID outbreak.

It really would be embarrassing if we didn't beat them.

They cancelled their match against QPR on the 15th because they didn't have enough players after positive tests. Their game against Sheffield Wednesday that week was also cancelled, but that was partly due to the positive cases at SW.
Wycombe should have had their covid testing done yesterday so hopefully it's all fine. The manager said in his press conference on Friday that as long as they didn't have any more positives they'd have enough players for the squad.

Better question. Do they have undersoil heating?

Weather might cancel it.

Adams Park was transformed into a winter wonderland after heavy snowfall across High Wycombe on Sunday morning.

The weather however didn't stop the work of the TV crews preparing for Monday night's broadcast of the FA Cup tie with Tottenham, or the teams working at the vaccination clinic at the Caledonian Suite.

Wanderers have no concerns about the weather having any impact on Monday's game going ahead; the pitch remains in excellent condition under the blanket of snow, with undersoil heating in action, and there's a favourable weather forecast over the next 24 hours.
