The European games have been a lot more free flowing and that suits him. I think the mundane win at all costs 460 shit the large majority of prem teams now serve up stifle him and many like him. What I'd like to see him do in the prem is get it shift it and smash a few from around the box.

I think he’s a different class to Eze tbh. Obviously has a couple steps to take in the prem to catch him but he’s still young and starting to run games
Alternatively he can have one good game in Europe and be called a top player/baller etc.

He's miles ahead of Son at the same stage of their Spurs careers. Same with Modric and Eriksen.
If he is even half the player they were at their peaks we've done well.
Brave as fuck player. Can’t remember a Tottenham player that gets as fouled as much as he does. Maddison took a lot of hits but he takes way more. He knows he’s going to get those hits but never hides and always wants to get on the other side of midfielders he’s up against. Under the right manager and with better players he will be a star for us.

Hands up... My biggest concern in the summer was him being a bit of a 'charlie'..... However, he's a tough little cookie and not affraid to take a knock and get stuck in.
for me he’s very good from inside the opponents half to the edge of their box and then his final weight of pass always seems to be under hit , I’ve no idea why a player of his calibre can’t get that right but there’s plenty to like about him just not at that top level in final 3rd with passing or shooting , hopefully that can improve .
