• Each supporters’ club must have at least 15 members
• The fan club membership season starts from June to May
• Every Supporter’s Club needs to pay a £50 administration fee to Tottenham Hotspur. That’s the current fee for the 2019/2020 season.
• All the football fans in the Supporters’ Club must live within a reasonable distance from their closest meeting point.
• Platinum, Gold and Silver season ticket members are free to form or join a Supporters’ Club, but can’t buy additional tickets through priority booking.
• Every Supporters’ Club must protect and enhance Tottenham’s good name by whatever means necessary and avoid any activity that may damage the image of the club or other football clubs.
• Before signing an agreement with a third party on behalf of the Supporters’ Club, one must seek Tottenham’s written agreement.
• When posting on social media under Tottenham’s name, you’re writing as the club’s officially sanctioned body. For that reason, the club insists that all communications on social media must be appropriate and free of any phrases or words that may be interpreted as inflammatory, discriminatory or abusive to Tottenham or other professional football clubs.

Tottenham’s Club Committee rules

Like any other organisation or branch, every Supporters’ Club must have an AGM where they elect the committee to represent them in every season. This committee must have five members, including a treasurer, secretary and the chairperson.

To ensure that all the fans in the club maintain proper etiquette during the season, the Supporters’ Club must lay down the management’s rules and regulations. Tottenham also provides that every committee must organise at least one meeting in three months, where minutes are taken. Additionally, Tottenham has the right to review these minutes on request.
