Who Will Be the Next Big Thing in Tottenham in 2021?
Since joining Tottenham, the club has had the privilege of benefiting from what Mourinho does best: getting things back on track. Amazingly, the team made it to position 14 of the Premier League, and things might be looking good for them in 2021.
While that is the case, some Tottenham players have had issues with the club focusing too much on signing new players instead of developing the existing ones. They have a valid point, and it could be discouraging for the players to feel that the chairman has no faith in them.
The incredible thing is that several players have got so much potential that the team would instead focus on. More so, it is an excellent opportunity to save some money. Just like we anticipate new games the moment we do a jackpot casino login, here are the stars we should look forward to being developed in the club.
1. Troy Parrott
Spurs believe that the 18-year-old player is likely to rise to Kane’s levels if he employs the same strategy Kane used. Kane used his loan experience to help him get to where he is today. What makes Troy stand out is that he has been exposed to a lot of game time, and consequently, experience in the field.
If he plays his cards well, he is very likely to convince Mourinho to give him a place in the first team. The young player has been making a name for himself and is one of the stars that have been actively involved in Tottenham’s pre-season preparations. His stats match those of Harry Kane, and this will work in his favor.
2. Oliver Skipp
Oliver Skipp has been getting a lot of praise in Norwich city, making him a great prospect. The player has also been getting a lot of game time, consistently playing three 90- minute games every week. More so, in all the games, he has been consistent with his performance.
Jose Mourinho has also expressed interest in the player and believes that he is well capable. Oliver Skipp has not failed to show that he could make a great defensive midfielder for the Spurs, and Mourinho has suggested that the player join the first team.
3. Dane Scarlett
Yet another young player that has shown great potential and a bright future in the club. Dane has already scored 20 goals, and his eligibility as a Tottenham star cannot be overstated. Dane has been making scores whenever he goes. He scored in the U23 games he played and also netted 18 times in U18 games.
The player was rewarded with an opportunity to bench at a first-team game in the Europa League. At the time, he was the youngest player to get into a competitive game, and the great part is that he was so close to getting on the score sheet.
Clearly, with more game time and opportunities, the player will reach his full potential and will impress us.
4. Jack Clarke
Jack Clarke has shown so much potential behind the scenes. Unfortunately, he has not been given the much-needed game time to show the team what he’s got. The 20-year old player has been getting most of his learnings through training with legends like Harry Kane.
Jose Mourinho has sent Clarke to Stoke City to get a lot of game time and an opportunity for development. In the meantime, Tottenham will be working on clearing foreign players to create space for homegrown players like Jack Clarke.
There is an excellent opportunity for him to play in the first team.
5. Ryan Sessegnon
Ryan Sessegnon is an English player that plays winger for German Bundesliga on loan from Tottenham. The player has great stats and is associated with awards like the EFL team of the season. The young player has been outstanding in the Championship and a target for Tottenham.
