London Teams Who Will Be Tough for Tottenham to Beat This Season

Tottenham has had a good start to the season but, as is the case with any new year of football, the first few games merely set a tone and the way the rest of the season will pan out is yet to be decided. The fact of the matter is that there are a lot of teams that pose a threat to Tottenham this year and they don’t need to travel very far in order to face them.

Not only are the quality of teams good but the unpredictability that comes with this season, in light of the World Cup, means that anything could happen. Throughout this article, we will discuss the London clubs that pose the biggest threat to Tottenham this season.

Fulham

A lot of the time, when a side is newly promoted, the aim of the game is to simply stay in the league for the first year or so, but Fulham has the opportunity to go a lot further than that. Fulham has an excellent side behind them and has managed to get through their first few games of the season without a loss

Not only that but the side has an excellent sponsor, which means they are being funded better than they were the last few times they were in the Premier League.

Online gambling and online casinos are vast in their number, to the point that people really need to do research in order to find the right gambling site for them. For instance, if individuals want to go on slot machines then they cannot simply type “slots” into Google, or else they’ll be inundated and overwhelmed by options. Instead, most people use online comparison directories to get the best value for money.

For example, BonusFinder is able to provide write-ups reviews on different websites by conducting online testing and evaluation of what is out there to ensure gamers are getting a safe and fair deal that caters to their needs as a consumer. The fact that Fulham’s new sponsors, W88, are giants in the world of online gambling means it is hardly a surprise they have money behind them to make good signings this season and pose a real threat to Tottenham.

Arsenal

It was only in a game against Manchester United that Arsenal experienced their first-ever sniff of defeat in the newest season. The side is the strongest that they have ever been and fans everywhere are very hopeful, which means that Arsenal finds themselves in a great position moving forward.

Tottenham is sure to have a game of their hands when they face their local rivals and it should certainly be an exciting clash. Of course, thanks to the strong side Tottenham has this year, there is no reason to believe that they won’t be in a position to beat the Gunners even with their good start.

Chelsea

Even though they haven’t exactly had a flying start to their season, it would be unfair to write Chelsea off as an easy win just yet. Chelsea is widely recognised as one of the best clubs throughout London and when you consider the amount they have won in previous seasons, it’s not very hard to see why. With a good side behind them and a lot of funding, Chelsea will always pose a threat whenever you play against them.

The Battle of London 2022

This premier league season is one that promises to be filled with unpredictability and excitement as teams everywhere are improving and the sporadic schedule thanks to the world cup means results will be harder to predict. A number of Tottenham’s hardest games throughout the season are going to be against fellow London clubs as the likes of Fulham, Chelsea and Arsenal all promise to give them a good game, home and away.
