Here is a complete list of leagues and clubs that are scheduled to feature in EA Sports FC 2024. Are Spurs in?

In May 2022, the iconic video game development studio and publisher EA (Electronic Arts) publicly announced that FIFA 223 would be the last instalment in the franchise under the FIFA brand.

It also made it clear that any new games going forward will be named EA Sports FC. The first title is expected to arrive in the second half of 2023. The question being asked here is, will Spurs (English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur) be in EAFC24?

Will Spurs feature in EAFC24?

Although Electronic Arts is losing the license it has held with FIFA for so long, it doesn’t mean to say that certain teams will no longer appear in any new EA Sports FC Games going forward.

In fact, EA has separate licensing agreements with clubs and leagues around the world, and the company has promised to include as many officially licensed clubs, stars, tournaments, and leagues as possible with any new games they release.

Some Spurs fans have wondered if their team will feature in the next EA football game, and the answer is yes. The North London team is just one of many English Premier League clubs that have already been confirmed to appear in the next EA football game.

What devices will I be able to play the new EA Sports FC games and other games like casino games on?

Just like the other FIFA football games, as well as live dealer games, casual games, social games, the best online lottery games, and other iconic video games, you will soon be able to enjoy playing these new EA Sports FC games from almost any modern console, desktop, smartphone, laptop, or tablet device with Wi-Fi/internet connectivity.

What other English Premier League clubs have been confirmed?

At the time of writing, a total of nine Premier League clubs have been confirmed to appear in the next EA Sports FC football game. They include the following:

  • Tottenham Hotspur
  • Manchester City
  • Newcastle United
  • Liverpool
  • West Ham United
  • Leicester City
  • Leeds United
  • Brentford
  • Fulham

Other clubs are also likely to confirm over the coming weeks.

What football leagues/competitions have been confirmed?

Apart from the English Premier League, some of the other confirmed leagues/tournaments from around the world that will also feature in the game are Argentina’s Liga Profesional De Fútbol, the Chinese Super League, and the English Championship.

You also have the English Barclays Women’s Super League, the French Ligue 1 and D1 Arkema League, and the German Bundesliga.

Others include Italy’s Serie A, the K League in the Korea Republic, the Netherlands’ Eredivisie, Poland’s Ekstraklasa, Liga Portugal, Romania’s Superliga, Saudi Arabia’s Arabia’s Pro League, the Scottish Premiership, Spain’s La Liga, the USA and Canada’s MLS, and the USA National Women’s Soccer League.

Major tourneys will include the UEFA Champions League, the CONMEBOL Libertadores, the UEFA Europa League, the CONMEBOL Sudamericana, and the UEFA Europa Conference League.

Where are Spurs in the league?

Spurs are currently fifth in the Premier League with 53 points after 31 games played. They have won 16, drawn 5, and lost 10, and they scored 57 and let in 45, which gives them a +12 goal difference.

They are just behind fourth-place Newcastle United, third-place Manchester United, second-place Manchester City, and first-place Arsenal.

How many games do Spurs have left to play?

There are just eight games left for Spurs to play before the end of the current 2022/23 campaign. Let’s take a quick look at their remaining fixtures:

  • Sunday, April 23rd – Tottenham Hotspur play Newcastle United away at 14:00 GMT
  • Thursday, April 27th – Spurs are at home to Manchester United in an evening kick-off (20:15)
  • Sunday, April 30th, Spurs travel to Liverpool for a 16:30 kick-off
  • Saturday, May 6th – Spurs are at home for a 15:00 kick-off against Crystal Palace
  • Saturday, May 13th – Spurs are away to Aston Villa for a 15:00 kick-off
  • Saturday, May 20th – Spurs are at home to Brentford for a 15:00 start
  • Sunday, May 28th – Spurs play Leeds United away at 16:40

Can Spurs finish in the top four?

If you were to put a wager right now on Tottenham Hotspur finishing in the top four, you would be looking at average odds of around 7.00 in the European decimal odds format.

Therefore, Spurs only have a 14.30% chance (implied probability rate) of ending up in the top four at the end of the season and securing UEFA Champions League football for next season.

If you’re not too familiar with decimal odds, when converted into American/moneyline odds, 7.00 is the same as saying 400. In the UK fractional odds format, 7.00 is equal to 6/1.
