Match Leicester (H) 29-Oct

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Wow. I'd have had Dembele as your most important player (although based on MOTD and a few live games - obviously you'll know much more about it). He just seems to drive you on.
He's still not up to match pace after his injury, which he got just after making a return to the team after his 5 game ban, lol! a 100% Dembele from last season is definitely a good shout as our top player.

Did Okazaki played his first full 90 mins against CP? He may be important for you-runs further than anyone and always doing the right thing?
Hi MrS - yes, I think it was the first time ever. He is really important to us, although a lot of the time he gives the impression of not being so. He has a bizarre first touch, misplaces passes, never scores a normal goal (in fact, rarely scores at all). But, he runs non-stop, upsets defenders, somehow links the play and creates space for others. Fans love him now, because it clearly means SO fucking much to him.

He's also my wife's favourite player because she thinks he looks like our pug. He does, in fact.

We're just weird at the moment. Last weekend against Palace we played really well, and completely blew them away, once we figured that somehow somewhere might just have picked up on the fact that Vardy likes the odd ball over the top. Mahrez was looking like himself again - their fullback looked like he wanted to anywhere else after 30 mins. So that's encouraging. But our away form - admittedly, against good teams (I've wiped the Hull fiasco from my memory banks) has been shite, and completely at odds with last season. So I'm more than concerned about tomorrow, but honestly wouldn't be surprised by any result. I'm just glad Son's stopped scoring - is why you seem a bit lacklustre? No goalscorer?
Our fullbacks never look like they want to be anywhere else after 30 minutes other than on the rampage for Spurs. I like you mate. A balanced and genuine fan. But until the final whistle tomorrow, you can fuck off. Ok?

They still want to be loved. :roseunsure:

"If Spurs win, like they are expected to, then so be it. But I just don't understand this vendetta-type mentality from many of their fans towards us.?"

This fucking cheating, racist, cunt though. Bandage boy. Absolutely hate seeing players cheat like this.

Agreed Guido - shocker. Clattenberg reckons it was his worst decision ever.
Having said that, for the other 89 minutes he was amazing and ripped Man U apart. Every club has had players that dive sometimes. I hate it too, but have to admit I was shouting for the pen!

That's because there is no retrospective action. Go back 20-30 years things where dirty but in a completely different way (fights etc) but what was so popular in the leagues of Southern Europe became popular because it's hard for a ref in real time to make a fair call.

If they gave 3 match bans for every dive (obvious dives I mean I get there are borderlines and exaggerated falls hard to judge) then this crap would go away. The weird thing is players get reputations and in the long run it stops them getting penalties. Bale did a bit of diving in the early parts of his career then later on when there was genuine fouls refs thought he was just play acting.

The FA will retrospectively punish players for bad tackles but it has no balls on play acting and it ruins the game and sets the example that cheats prosper and win. All of the cheating in the game is at the door of the FA, UEFA and FIFA and their spinelessness.

He has a very fair point tbh.

You think so? They've been calling us entitled cunts since Christmas. And when you have the scum rolling about laughing at the much publicised banner they're bringing tomorrow, we're supposed to just laugh about it? The hatred directed towards their horrible club is entirely self-inflicted.

What can't the moron understand?

I take a keen interest in the Bundesliga and was mighty impressed with Okazaki at Mainz, seeming to score and generally create havoc in the opposition's penalty area whenever I caught the match highlights. He's carried that sharpness and intensity with him into the Premier League and is a real ball ache to play against. If he plays tomorrow, I have him down as your most dangerous player (from a Spurs perspective).
