Imagine if the window closes and we haven't made any signings. None. 1000+ pages of bullshit, arguments and trolling and nothing to show for it. :levylol:
Imagine Poch decides not to sign any cunt just to troll us. Notching up sin bins for all the cunts on here who have traduced his beloved players.

Poch, man, just fucken get over it. We're cunts. Each to a man. Cunts. Don't let it get in the way of the greatest Spurs team of the modern era. Move on, mate. Log off. Sign some cunt. May I suggest John McGinn?

Just heard a snippet of radio coming from a van outside my house - sounded like Jim White, no idea what station - basically they were totally cunting us off regarding the transfer window, saying we're in big trouble next season. The world and his wife are really gunning for us now, no wonder the players have been tweeting the merits of a stable, unified squad. It seems our constipated transfer policy has really touched a nerve with some people.
It wasn't Mindblown FM was it?

And an all important poll. Don't forget the poll.

For those who will be tuning in I want to know how many times he mentions Everton, I'll go deep and say it will run into double figures (Naming dropping Moshiri also counts). As for me I've got far more pressing things to watch and listen to....

To be fair it's no different to some of the crap we've been reading here for the last 300 pages

He's upping the trolling levels it seems...

"(Sissoko's) a member of our squad and he’s in my plans for the season and for us he is still a member of the squad"

But we proved last season we couldn't juggle both the league and CL. I can't believe people are agreeing with this that we don't need signings. We do most definitely need signings and we need to add to our squad. It's ridiculous if we are the only club in the whole league not to have made a single signing.

I suspect that our summer will be Ross Barkley and maybe one or two others. Our manager has constantly (and consistantly) said that he'll only add the 'right player' and not just spunk money on any old player to appease either the board or fans - and yes, by 'right player', he means a player that he and his team think we need and can improve the team. Obviously they haven't all worked out and neither will they all work out in future.

Why on earth some people think we should be playing a 'keep up with the Joneses' game with transfers and wages, when we are funding the new stadium, is puzzling. Even once we move into the new stadium we won't be able to keep up with the Joneses - we'll just move a bit closer to their front door.

I don't get that but every time you get stumped you post something off topic.

Have you worked out an answer yet to what you think is spending big, but not doing what City do, and how in that case will our spending be enough to finish above them.

Why can't you just explain yourself?
It's all snazzy Spurs related answers when you think you're on a roll, then tumbleweed for hours and some nonsense when you can't answer something
I've never demanded that we spend big, you're putting words in my mouth again you liar

The lack of activity has led this thread to a dark place of baking recipes and philosophical arguments about success.

Far be it from me to pull it back from the brink.

A casual look at our club's history reveals a very explicit "Tottenham" way, built around 4 rules:
1) The club always plays attacking football.
2) We don't buy stars, we make them (starting from the nursery clubs).
3) We play a game based on quick-temp short passing and off-the-ball movement.
4) Immigrants and minorities are welcome, on-pitch and off.

All our successful periods and moments have followed this. We failed when we deviated. Like it or lump it, that is how Spurs have always been, and Levy clearly buys into it as well. Anyone trying to suggest something that doesn't fit those rules is welcome to their opinion, but they should remember they're arguing against what makes Spurs be what they are.
