We should take a punt on a Renato Sanches loan.

It's win win for Bayern. He gets Premier League experience, which is the toughest league in the world, and Champions League.

I haven't backtracked, I've said I didn't fucking recognise him.

There is something wrong with you isn't there?

You backtracked by introducing the "exception to the rule thing".....after you tried to mug me off by shoving Di Marias honours in my face.

You know exactly what this is:

You used Di Marias honours to prove he must be good
When shown John O Sheas, you claim that not good players can also win a lot but its the exception.

I agree.

I dont rate Di Maria, but he´s won a lot.

Is there something wrong with that now? Or is it only players you rate that count. Move on its tragic

Have this nagging feeling we're getting left behind the other clubs in terms of attacking prowess and options.
No one questions our transfer policy with regards to defenders but for us we have 4 reliable attacking players in Eriksen, Son, Dele and Kane and then it falls away badly. I think we're the worst in the top 6 for this depth. Don't think Barkley is going to bridge this gap sufficiently. I think we need to buy another but doubt we will.

In all fairness though we are up against teams like Man U that can afford £90m players and 300k per week wages, a team that can throw £70m on a bloke who couldn't get in the Real Madrid first team, one owned by a Sheikh and the other one that's able to smash their transfer record on a player that won't even play for them for a year.

I do think that after we get the core of our squad in that we should be increasing wages however. Get Foyth, Aurier and a real wizard in midfield in this summer, job done, then sort out new contracts for the core nucleus who hopefully would have seen enough with our transfer activity to see we are going in the right direction, then get deals for Sessegnon and Barkley sorted in January.

New deals for Alderweireld, Alli, Eriksen and Kane top of the pile for me. Give them what they deserve in today's market because if you don't, a little bit of their head will be somewhere else, that's just a natural thing.

Keep the nucleus together, if we don't we go back to being a mid table team. Kane, Eriksen, Alli and Alderweireld are for me the most vital to keep to build around. They are simply irreplaceable compared to all others and should be treated as such

Spot on

£18m for Wimmer is insane business.

Means nothing to us fans though if we don't spend it on new players/contracts for existing players.

I'm sure we'll bring in something but not convinced it'll be enough to keep up with the others. Time (what's left) will tell...

Look at the breakup Monaco team - that is the fear for me, going into next year with all of our best players is a win for me.

this sounds strange but, are we in any danger of the home grown rule this season?

without checking, dier, winks and dele don't qualify, do they? well, dier doesn't but not sure about the other two.

trippier, rose, davies, kane

that can't be it, surely? is it a problem?

Here we go - I didn't think it was possible for these cunts to be any vaguer, but now apparently we're all totally in the dark, and our master JJ cannot possibly divulge our real targets as there are "too many eyes about"...

It's painfully fucking obvious half of these ITK's are members of the SC staff, dropping tidbits to keep everyone interested & hopelessly donating money in the hope that it pleases the fucking goat.

It's hilarious watching everyone try to verbally suck him off in the comments.

:dembelelol:

Honest question: what does 'RO' even mean?
