And nobody cares about their recent cup wins. Cups don’t matter these days - they used to, but they don’t anymore. Most commentators (rightly) think we’re a level above woolwich. Football has changed from your day.
And yet at half time I would bet Spain's national debt that you and the rest who magically no longer give a shit were all over the pasting we were giving West Ham.
Find me a single post from the first 45 minutes that expressed how spectacularly unbothered anyone was with such a shitty little pisspot cup. I doubt you could find more than 2 or 3 in the whole thread.
Let's not forget how we threw this away with the most pathetic unprofessional complacency. Just before their first goal I was thinking how it was like watching a pre-season friendly from a few years back vs someone like Ipswich or Reading. Score a couple at walking pace. Turns out it was actually more like a testimonial match for a lower league journeyman, where we let them win, let chappy score so their fans go home with a grin on their faces.

I do give a shit we lost. Just not as much as you and am capable of seeing the bigger picture. I know that the Liverpool and Real Madrid games are far more indicative of where we are as a club than a rotated side in our least prioritised competition.
We lost our 2nd least important game of the season so far. Rather tonight than last Sunday, or last Wednesday.

And regardless of the competition THAT FUCKING MATTERS. It's fucking humiliating and the team should be fucking well ashamed of themselves. We just handed the pikey cunts a result they'll sing and gloat about for years.

That fucking hurt, losing to that shower of shit in an egg and spoon race would be bad enough but not a football match that we had total control of. Lazy, unprofessional start to the 2nd half cost us dearly, they switched off, so disappointing because it's a step back, a small one but it was avoidable.
