Match Tottenham Hotspur v. Manchester United - F.A. Cup Semi-Final

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

8 successive Semi Final defeats.....FFS!
Pochettino’s 90 minute suicide note is done.
Good bye you useless Argentine bastard!!
Again we fail to turn up in a big game.
Pochettino now exposed as inexperienced and unfit to manage our club.
Levy will now look at signing his death warrant, if not already done so.
Sincerely hope the useless cunt that is Pochettino is gone before we kick a ball in our new home.
POCHETTINO GET THE FUCK OUT OF OUR CLUB YOU SORRY LITTLE CUNT!!!!
What a fucking plonker you are.

No worries, it's all about opinions :)
I agree Poch could have done more, I just think we're a couple of star-quality players short of achieving something meaningful. And having said all that, nobody can deny that we're a better team now than we were before Poch joined us.

I agree that we don't have any iconic players that can single-handedly turn around a game. We could still win plenty of key matches though if managed more effectively.
The insistence on a back 4 time after time in key matches is baffling.

It will be for massive money and for Europe's elite, that won't be a problem for a player like him. Even if we do get big bucks for him, where will his replacement come from? Our recruitment is hindered at the best of times.
We'd get loads for him, but you're right - replacing him would be a massive headache. More money in the bank, but a less-creative team, most likely.

We don't have winners in our team. We sign prospects not proven winners so we will always lack that winning mentality. We go behind against a big team and the game is up

I hate to admit it, but I just knew when Sanchez scored that we were done. And that wasn't melting, it was just 30+ years of following this club. When it comes to the crunch, we always ALWAYS choke. We are perennial losers. Thank fuck we've got a splendid new stadium coming. It will be smashing watching us choke there too....

Unfortunately we're gonna have to start spending big now. Think Chelsea won't next year? Champs league will be out of sight unless we do something different.

We got that one absolutely wrong. We were best when we were running them ragged and giving them absolutely no respect. Then they picked up a goal entirely against the run of play and we completely changed, and allowed Mourinho to play exactly the sort of game he thrives in.

Fuming.

I really fear for this team. I can see it breaking up unfortunately. It could be the best team to never win anything.

Ericsson I suspect may think that he's better off at a club that win things, Barcelona are rumoured to be sniffing about. Without him I think we are no where near the team then with him.
I think the best team in PL era to not win anything was Liverpools 08/09 team with Prime Gerrard Torres Mascherano Alonso Carragher Hyppia Reina

You must have missed us bossing Madrid, outplaying Juve, beating Woolwich, Utd and Chelsea. Not to mention comfortably in the top 4 despite no home this season. Easily done.

We certainly done well against an out of form Real Madrid side who are still in the Champions League and we also done well outplaying Juventus before they KNOCKED US OUT of the competition.

We beat Chelsea and Woolwich well. Both clubs are below us.

Peaking doesn't mean we're shit. It just means this current crop have taken us as far as they can. Just slightly not good enough to win the league or win us honours but provide us with an entertaining team and give us a new identity. One of which Pochettino has had a hand in.

Can someone explain the Dembele for Wanyama sub. Doesn't make any sense at all.

I do agree with that.

Dembele, alongside Eriksen were our best players and I thought he was still going strong.

Doesn't matter now.

Gets to the point where if we get to a semi-final again we should dissect the loss before the game itself.

I don't know and worst is what really could we have done differently?
