I'm as gutted as anyone mate. I just always wonder what it must be like going to Wembley expecting to win.
I hope Poch learns from this. He is one of the great minds in world football today but he has been outcoached by the likes of seasoned vets like Mourinho, Allegri, Pep etc... on a regular basis. He is so close to reaching that elite level status and the same can be said for our club. We are not that far off. Let’s win our remaining 4 games, keep our core players, sign reinforcements and with the new stadium next season, there is no reason we can’t contend for league.

There you have it we rely on him too much when he’s playing....but when he isn’t there we adjust! We should learn to cope more often with or without him in the team and I don’t mean him leaving just that in a situation like tonight we needed a plan B, Harry is plan A and we don’t seem capable of adjusting because if he’s on the pitch unless he’s injured he ain’t coming off!
It takes years for a football project to be built and can take days for it to be torn down. Once one major player leaves dissent spreads like wild fire - look at the Walker/Rose/Toby situation, all of which I feel are linked.
Remember Poch telling us that "This is Tottenhams time" and bigging us up before the season started? "The entire project has been built to depend on this season". Well, if the entire aim of the project was doing something special this year then it has utterly failed.
We'll see what happens this summer, but don't put too much faith in plans and projects. "Plans are useless but planning is indispensable".

Lets be clear we were as good as United today. At our best our play was better but they were disciplined, especially when they went ahead.

United might win the FA Cup but they will not be ahead of us by much unless they spend huge amounts.
