Its the part that we/levy have sold and maybe will sell more players to the other top 4 sides but we rarely ever manage to buy anyone from them.
The claim is that Man Utd actually wanted to include Martial as part of the Alderweireld deal all along and that we are saying 'no' because of the impact on our HG quota. You might think, hang on, Alderweireld out and Martial in is a zero sum game as far as HG is concerned but, apparently, our priority is elsewhere (defence?) and we're looking for a non-HG player for that position, hence no room for Martial.
If there's any truth to this at all (and I'm conscious we're talking about Spurs Community ITK here), then you have to say the club have made a monumental fuck up.
But, again, it's SC ITK.

Some how doubt that. If we got offered Martial unless Poch had a bigger hard on for Zaha and he was 100% coming I don’t see how this would not happen.
You swap Toby for Martial, and get hopefully a CM as well then loan out 1-3 players which we will have another few weeks to do as the transfer window in europe is open longer.
Given Martial’s ability and his versatility to not take him as part of the Toby deal would be madness, it would literally make no sense and it would significantly affect our attack as Martial’s power, pace and directness would add something different.
I call that ITK bullshit
An ITK who I reckon is probs even worse than Hercules has basically said that united want to include martial in the deal for Toby but our HG issues are meaning that levy and poch aren't preferable to that idea. And the forumers aren't particularly happy about that.
And the club REALLY fucked up if there is any truth to the rumor that we haven't done any business yet because Levy hasn't been able to run proposed transfers past Albert Einstien or Stephen Hawking this window. I just made up that rumor and it is at least as real as the shit being peddled by ITK on SC.

Actually, I find Chelsea's more considered approach to the transfer market under Sarri scarier than them blowing 60m on fluff.
