As for Grealish, I was kind of looking forward to seeing him. He certainly wouldn't have been the first name on my wish list at the start of the summer, but I do believe he has a lot more to offer than he's currently able to showcase at Villa.

This is really worrying.

No signings, which could make Pochettino walk if we fail to finish top 4. Then the big clubs will come in for the best players like Kane, Eriksen etc. It’s looking very gloomy.

Martial would be nice but what makes you think we are going to sign him? He’d cost a fortune.

I don't think most people moaning on here actually lose sleep over it either. Personally I think its a bigger over reaction to rant & rave about melters moaning about the club.

I can't imagine Eriksen will be impressed by signing nobody this summer. I can't see him signing a new contract right now.
Maybe in the winter if we strengthen the squad, or maybe if the players already in the squad show significant improvement by then.
Pretty much the only leverage the players have towards getting the move they want is by running their contracts down- why would he re-sign and lose all his leverage with Levy?
