Transfers Summer 2018 transfer window

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

"We have the captain of the world champion (Hugo Lloris, with France). That is a fantastic experience, for him to translate to our team.

"Sure, we are going to be better, no doubt about that."

It's like me and Poch are the same person.

At least a few of the die hard LPM crew are starting to pull their heads out their arses and can finally see the football team on the pitch is just a minor irrelevance in the grand scheme of our profiteering owners. Some, not all mind.

#Love Spurs #Hate Enic

Quite the fucking achievement to hate the owners that took the club you "support" from mid table scraps to established CL contender while building some of the best facilities in the world of football and a brand new, 60k stadium. You really come off as one spoiled, little cunt.

The revisionist mantra.

Mid May, window opens: Be patient, of course we'll strengthen
Early June, pre World Cup: Be patient, of course we'll strengthen
Duration of World Cup: Be patient, of course we'll strengthen
Mid July. World Cup ends. Pre-season starts: Be patient, of course we'll strengthen
Late July. Pre-season tour: Be patient, of course we'll strengthen
Early August, just days to go: Be patient, of course we'll strengthen
August 9: None in, none out is a great window. It was always going to be difficult
There's nowt wrong with being revisionist. It means you are willing to accept change. Poch seems to have done that. A lot has happened in football over this summer. Moreso than any summer I remember.

It's those that are stuck in one opinion, unwilling to change that are the issue.

I can find a recent one of mine that had nearly 70 posters laughing at you

Yea, it was a good story mate. I found it very amusing. But that's what it was, a story. You had to make funny up to retort my facts and save face.

And that's ok. I can laugh at myself. I can laugh at a good tall tale. But the fact is, it was a story.

You actually predicted us to come 10th - 14th the year we came 3rd and said Stoke are our rivals. I presented your own words against you to end you. You just used your B+ in your English Literature GCSE.

That shit you can't wash off with funny fantasies.

The profiteering is going to take a profound hit if mismanagement torpedoes this team into permanent sixth place status. ENIC and Spurs' interests are aligned to a great, if imperfect, degree.

A bit surprising. I wouldn't have expected this unless United had another defender lined up.

Everton are hoping to sign Marcos Rojo from Manchester United for £22million before the transfer window closes.

The permanent deal for the 28-year-old Argentinean defender could go down to the wire once Everton are finalised their moves for the Barcelona pair Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes. (Telegraph)
