I loved the bit where Messi went on his first run, slipped past a couple, then ran into the colossus that is Lord Sissoko and predictably came to a grinding halt. The big man bossed barca in that second half, what a fucking legend he is becoming!

This has been the worst week of my life (probably to the day I die), and whilst I know it’s ultimately just a football match (I was almost on autopilot as I sobbed through the game), that goal, that ending, and that chanting from our fans in whatever their fucking stadium is called these days, was like a giant hug from the second biggest love of my life.

Only three or four clubs have ever done it with only one point after three games I seem to remember reading?
 
Am going to be honest. I didn’t think we would get a result there, let alone PSV get a result at Milan. In the hat for the next draw, after needing a result against Barcelona in their own back yard. Fuck me that’s special.
