Match Tottenham Hotspur v Ajax, Champions League Semi-Final, Tue 30th April

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Good point, is anyone (without a ticket) planning to watch it somewhere IN Tottenham? Just to be 'in amongst it' like!
People travel ABROAD without tickets Just to be in the same CITY as their team..m surely the pubs around White Hart Lane will be HEAVING too??
I'm thinking of doing this if we get to the final. I'm in London for a stag do that night, and they're planning on watching the final somewhere, but would prefer to watch it with lots of Spurs fans. Would be great if they put it on the screens in the stadium

Can we, like, talk about one of the biggest matches in our history instead of tickets please????????

I know it’s a shite system and stuff but this thread is completely derailed...
You have a ticket then, I'm guessing?

If so, bully for you... and if not, then, like the rest of us, you're actually in the majority.... I'm not surprised the talk of tickets is skewed on here, seeing as not only is it topical (it being the 2 days the tickets went on sale) but it seems there are FAR more frustrated ticketless fans than those who are actually going!

Besides, there's another game before this one to play... it's a bit disrespectful(!!) to West Ham to start talking tactics for the Ajax match!

I wouldn't mind watching the Semi Final on the big screens on Tuesday... there's 4 massive ones in the Ground!
If we promise not to look at the pitch, do you think everyone who didn't get a ticket today could ask the club politely if we can watch it in the Concourse under the South stand??!!!!!
Imagine the response?

Won't you have to show a match ticket to get into any pub in the area though?

Got in at 10.44 (on the browser I loaded last - 9.45am) and there were seven singles left.

Tried all seven to be given the same error message!

I know it's a dirty word on here, but anytime I've used Stubhub for the boxing their system is perfect. Gives you number in the queue and constantly counts down until it's lets you in. Completely transparent. Why is it so difficult for the club to implement something like this???

Load of old shite.

The thing that amazes me most on the wheel of doom page is that fact that it isnt smothered in adverts...... cant believe the little weasel has missed that one.

Members card does just nicely!
I'm seriously thinking of going to either No.8 or the Brickies to watch it... just to walk up the High Road on CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SEMI-FINAL DAY will be an experience... even though I KNOW it's gonna kill to watch everyone filing in and know I'm not one of them!!

They can afford to be perfect, they're charging £500-£1200 a pop!!

I suppose there's a possible benefit watching in a pub in N17; you might find someone whose mate can't make it and who's got a spare. If tickets aren't going to be sold on the exchange, then in a crowd of 60,000ish you're bound to get people who have a spare members card ST whatever.
