Match Tottenham Hotspur v Ajax, Champions League Semi-Final, Tue 30th April

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Fucking ada.....the change in our club is in full swing. Cunts.
I'll stick my neck out and say I would buy one of these no problem back in my youth (I don't buy any Merch these days and haven't done so for years - (I do for kids in the family)). But only for when we went over there. I got shit loads of memorabilia I've bought when travelling following Spurs around Europe, so glad I've got them too.

Also, people scoffing at this but giving the thumbs up when they see an Ajax badge on a Spurs banner. Please educate me what the fucking difference?

I personally don't give a toss about any team other than my own. Like you i too have stuff from over the years from trips away but wouldn't bring it to (n)whl!. Another thing, the club have asked us to wear lilywihite then sell this shit emblazoned with fucking red!! Wankers.

Sorry if already been posted...haven't read through the thread, but it will be interesting to see what happens between the two sets of fans. There is clearly something of a friendly relationship, but I wonder if that will be on show, or if it will just feel like a normal game. A controversial decision or something like that could also change things, considering the magnitude of the game. And apparently some of their younger lot have a friendly relationship with Woolwich anyway.
Hopefully it will be rivalry and a normal game. You are correct about their younger lot and Woolwich yes.

I’m hoping Levy will be furnishing those of us in the South stand with plastic bags again, that was freaking sweet. :llorishowudoin:

Thought the idea of getting us to all hold them up at the start, so they could see who didn’t have one, was a nice touch too. No one gets left out.

And the other one, which may sound strange, is Stoke away in the Leicester season. Leicester had just stumbled at home to West Ham, and it looked like they might be feeling the pressure. Us winning that game at Stoke brought us down to the shortest odds we've ever been (in my time) to win the league.

Here's hoping tomorrow goes the same way.

A weak opponent, sure, but that was the most irresistible 90 minutes of football I've ever seen Spurs play.

If those on the pitch tomorrow can't put in the mother of all performances then I despair. These kind of opportunities don't come around too often so I'm expecting nothing short of 100% from every fucker in terms of effort. Absolutely no excuses.

Sissoko trained and looked fit apparently, which is massive for us. How we missed him in that patchwork midfield on Saturday.

We need to be smart tomorrow......how can we make the entire South stand say To Dare Is To Do, and then refuse to attack with pace?

We need to change it immediately when it goes stale. None of this "stick patiently to the game plan" bollocks.
You know after 15 minutes if its working or not.

We need to improvise, and at times rip up the rule book and try that 25 yard curler........take them on, man after man, and get that ball in the box.
Dare to shoot...dare to put your head in way.....just dare to win this game Tottenham. With style, and remember where you are.

At White Hart Lane, in the semi final of the European Cup, under the lights against Ajax.

If ever there were two clubs that pioneered the modern game, before their time, then its these two. Us in the 50's, them in the 70's. It deserves to be a classic.

Just believe in yourselves Spurs, because tomorrow night, every one of us will believe in you.

We are the same, I wouldn't buy one of these and bring it into WHL but I WOULD if I was out in Amsterdam. Surely Ajax fans with that same mindset will buy one of these as their chance for memorabilia whilst they are here??

Well put, my friend.
